The teacher-directed program uses parent teachers to provide a low child to
adult ratio. Within each class, three to four adults parent-teach
each school day. Having the extra adults in the classroom allows
the teacher to teach (not just clean up!), to support spontaneous ideas from
the children, and to observe individual students for activity, assessment and
curriculum planning.

- Children must be four by Sept. 1, 2005
- Class meets 1:00-3:30 P.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Maximum enrollment of 22 children

Multi-Age Class: $108.00/month
- Children must be three by Nov. 15, 2005 or have fifth birthday after Sept. 1, 2005
- Class meets 10:00 A.M.-12:30 P.M. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Maximum enrollment of 18 children

A non-refundable registration fee of $55.00 per child, per year, is due at the
time of registration. This fee is not required to be put on a waiting
list. When more than one child is enrolled in the school, there is a 10%
discount on the least expensive tuition. Holidays and vacations coincide
with the Tigard-Tualatin School District schedule. Tigard Playschool, Inc.
does not discriminate based on any race, color, nationality, ethnic origin or physical
limitation.
